Achievements & Impact

  1. - Developed a new digital bank for EU market from scratch as sole shareholder in 6 months combining 2 banks with over 24 delivery teams with no delays, running on a completely new tech stack, newest digital bank launch in Europe as of today in 2025.
  2. - Developed a new venture for a digital bank, secured an initial round of funding, developed digital end2end business from a greenfield approach.
  3. - Led a business model analysis and its valuation in a larger M&A, both valued at several hundred millions of EUR; one being the dominant market cards issuer and second being a mid-size bank in CEE market.
  4. - Co-developed a CZ and SK direct bank with over 500k customers in charge of all digital end2end cards and unsecured lending business line, from conceptualization, to products development to successful market launch.
  5. - Contributed to the development of a Citibank new retail banking venture in the CEE market; delivered automated risk decision process increasing the bank's capacity 2.5x
  6. - Co-developed semi-digital SME lending engine for Societe Generale making 50% market share in SME lending area in the respective market.
